The Citroën ë-C3 has plenty of space inside and a respectable range between charges. Efficiency should be better, though, it has no Euro NCAP safety rating and it's disappointing to drive compared to a Renault 5. The entry-level Plus version makes the most financial sense.
The trim
This top-spec version of the ë-C3 adds a wireless phone-charger, electric rear windows, front foglights, automatic climate control, rear privacy glass, a heated steering wheel and heated front seats. It's worth a look, but we think entry-level Plus trim represents better value for money.
The engine
This is the only motor available for the ë-C3. It produces 111bhp and has an official 0-62mph time of 10.4 seconds. The official range is 199 miles.
