Massively spacious, but interior quality and handling are likely to disappoint someone used to a regular MPV. If you just want a lot of space and don’t need all those seats, try a Citroën Berlingo instead – it provides all the versatility you need, especially in its longer-wheelbase form, but in a more manageably sized package.

This trim is aimed at business users such as private hire companies. It therefore has the option of more seats and it comes with slightly less standard equipment than Feel trim. It has the option of the BlueHDi 180 engine at a lower price point. Worth considering if you need lots of seats.

This engine is exclusive to more expensive versions of Spacetourer and is only available with an eight-speed automatic. It doesn’t turn it into a particularly quick MPV, so we’d suggest stick with the mid-range 145 version.
