As the brand’s first dedicated electric car, the Genesis GV60 is a very good effort. It’s rapid in a straight line, cavernous for passengers and offers an interior that feels far more special than almost anything else out there. That said, the Kia EV6 will offer much of the same but for less money.
Just like the top-tier 360kW GV60 Sport Plus, this mid-range 234kW Sport version gets all-wheel drive but uses a 160kW motor on the front axle and a 74kW one at the rear. We’ve yet to try this version, but we don’t expect it to be slow, given that it produces 314bhp. The official range of the Sport version is 292 miles.
