Review

If you're looking for cultured motoring on a sensible budget, then you must check out the Hyundai i10. It's relatively spacious, comes with a smart-looking interior and a great infotainment system, and rides and drives more impressively than plenty of bigger, pricier cars. The list price might look a bit steep, but if you check out the monthly PCP deals you'll find it's more affordable than it initially looks.

Trim: Premium

At the top of the tree is Premium trim, which brings privacy glass, 16in alloy wheels, LED running lights, front fog lights, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. Premium also gives you the option of a contrasting roof colour and the rather pricey Tech Pack, which adds in-built sat-nav and wireless phone charging.

Engine: 1.2 MPi

Despite costing not much more to buy - especially on a monthly PCP - the 83bhp 1.2-litre engine is much happier at speed than the 1.0-litre and more refined, with very little impact on economy or emissions. Available with a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic gearbox.
