Review

Sharp looks and plenty of standard equipment add to the E-Pace’s appeal, but an unsettled ride, below par refinement and poor reliability detract from the overall package. Ultimately, the Volvo XC40 and Range Rover Evoque are more comfortable, plusher inside and more practical, while also depreciating more slowly.

Trim: Chequered Flag Edition

This range-topping, limited edition trim is seriously well equipped, but too pricey to recommend.

Engine: 2.0d

Not particularly quick but worth considering if you're looking to keep the price down and you aren't fussed about being the first away from the lights.
