The Velar has its faults but is a stylish, refined and seriously appealing SUV. It’s best to stick to the cheaper engines and trims, though; once you start moving farther up the range the price pushes into the realms of better-resolved cars, such as the Audi Q8 and BMW X6.get the best price

The entry-level model gets a twin-screen touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, a DAB radio, Apple CarPlay/ Andoid Auto. Other luxuries include keyless entry, 18in alloy wheels, heated front seats, front and rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera. It's well worth considering because it keeps the costs down and you still get a great car.
Engine: 2.0 P300
The P300 is punchy but requires plenty of revs before it really gets going. Rev it hard, though, and you won't find it very economical. It's better to stick to a diesel as a result.
