One of the cheapest new electric cars around. For your money you are getting something that is decent to drive, comfortable and, if you go for the Long Range version, you’ll get a good range between charges, too. There are other electric cars that are more polished and more practical – but they’re all more expensive.

The entry-level trim is available with either the Standard Range or Long Range batteries. The long list of standard equipment includes adaptive cruise control, a 10.25in touchscreen infotainment system and a 7.0in digital driver display. This is the best value trim.
