Any more Abarths on the way?

Those 14 UK dealers (plus one each on Jersey and Guernsey) will have to justify their investment to sell Abarths by selling more than a few 500s each, surely?

Well, there's already the Abarth Grande Punto although it's fair to say hot cakes don't immediately spring to mind when you see how well it's selling.

However, Fiat insiders say that it shouldn't be too long before a bespoke Abarth model is also offered. According to whispers we've heard, a roadster could be on the cards, although we'd be surprised if it turned up in the next couple of years.
