The biggest Target Price discounts: new 69-plate special
From luxury saloons to SUVs, we've rounded up the biggest savings available through What Car?'s Target Price discounts, with an average saving of £6513 per car...
7. Volkswagen Touran 1.5 TSI Evo SE
Target price £22,326 | Saving £5484 | Saving %: 19.9%
Although its class crown has now been taken by the excellent Citroën Berlingo, the Volkswagen Touran is still an excellent choice in the MPV market. It's good to drive and extremely well built inside. It carries a premium price tag to match its posh badge, but our huge discount solves this problem.
Target price £24,222 | Saving £5783 | Saving %: 20%
If you need seven seats, the Volkswagen Sharan will suit you well. It has a strong range of engines and gets you plenty of equipment for your money. This 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine is the most refined choice on offer and by far the Sharan's quietest engine under load. It doesn't feel out of its depth when all seven seats are filled, either.
5. Fiat Panda 1.2 Pop
Target price £8005 | Saving £2075 | Saving %: 22.6%
The Fiat Panda may be a bit long in the tooth, but it's still an appealing city car, thanks to its cheap running costs, funky looks and the availability of four-wheel drive should you need it. We think rivals such as the Kia Picanto are better all-rounders, though.
