Read full Nissan Qashqai reviewThe Nissan Qashqai remains a strong contender in the family SUV class, but doesn’t quite match the all-round package offered by the Kia Sportage and Skoda Karoq. We think you’re best off sticking with the mid-spec N-Connecta 140 trim, because it gives the best mix of equipment and value for money.
The trim
See full equipmentOn top of what you get with Visia trim, this gets you dual-zone climate control, a rear-view camera, an 8.0in touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto, front-seat adjustable lumbar support, a leather steering wheel, keyless entry, power-folding door mirrors and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. Well worth considering.

See full engine specsDespite being the most powerful and fastest version of the Qashqai, e-Power still manages to be the most efficient. That’s because, while it has a 1.5-litre petrol engine under its bonnet, it’s only used to charge a battery which, In turn, distributes the power to the wheels through an electric motor. It’s an interesting system and is aimed at those that want an EV but still want to fill up at the green pump.
