Stylish, practical and good to drive, the well-equipped 3008 is a highly recommendable
family SUV. For most retail buyers, the 1.2 Hybrid 136 is the best choice, but the Hybrid4
plug-in hybrid model will offer significantly lower company car tax payments. There are
better PHEV SUVs out there, though, and the Skoda Karoq is an even more practical
alternative to the regular hybrid and diesel 3008.
The 0-62mph time of 8.9 seconds isn’t massively quick, but it does sit in a lower benefit-in-kind tax bracket than the lesser Hybrid 180, making this our recommendation for company car drivers.
