Renault Zoe 100kW Iconic R135 50kWh Boost Charge 5dr Auto Review

The model
Read full reviewThe Renault Zoe is great value, fairly practical and has a long range between charges. Its flawed driving position and less comfortable ride make the Peugeot e-208 a better buy, though – assuming you can live with the e-208's slightly shorter range.
The trim
See full equipmentIconic trim is available with either the R110 or the more powerful R135 motor (the latter is up to the job and cheaper to buy). As well as adding a built-in sat nav over entry-level Play trim, Iconic trim also brings wireless smartphone charging, climate control and rear parking sensors. You also get 100% recycled seat upholstery and fabric inserts on the dashboard. Safety systems include lane keeping assistance and traffic sign recognition although, disappointingly, automatic emergency braking is an option, and well worth adding.
