Review

Despite being shorter and narrower than a Ford Focus, the Fabia Estate’s boot can hold more stuff than you can get in a Volvo XC60 SUV, while its 1.0 TSI 95 engine ensures running costs are kept to a minimum. So if you’re looking for an affordable small estate, then the Fabia should be at the top of your list – it really is all the car you’d ever need.

The upgrades to Monte Carlo models are cosmetic and make them by far the sportiest-looking Fabia Estates, but these cost quite a bit more without having any more power.

The 1.0 TSI 95 is so good that it renders the more powerful 110 version redundant. There's plenty of pull from low revs and 0-60mph takes around 10 seconds.
