The Kamiq is a breath of fresh air in the small SUV class. It’s bigger, classier inside and more comfortable than the Seat Arona and VW T-Cross, and has some really clever features to help take the stresses out of modern family life. Overall, we prefer the nimbler Ford Puma and plusher VW T-Roc, but that shouldn't stop you considering the Kamiq.

Rear privacy glass and a 9.2in touchscreen infotainment system get added to SE trim to make SE Drive. You also get a different design of alloy wheel.

For a reasonable fee over the 95, you get a bit more pep that’s useful if you regularly have a full car or venture onto the motorway. Worth considering.
