Review

The Skoda Kamiq is a breath of fresh air in the small SUV class. It’s bigger, classier inside and more comfortable than the Seat Arona and VW T-Cross, and has some really clever features to help take the stresses out of modern family life. Overall, we prefer the nimbler Ford Puma, but that shouldn't stop the Kamiq featuring high up on your shopping list.

Rear privacy glass and a 9.2in touchscreen infotainment system get added to SE trim to make SE Drive. You also get a different design of alloy wheel.

For a reasonable fee over the 95, you get a bit more pep that’s useful if you regularly have a full car or venture onto the motorway. Worth considering.
