This is the height of luxury within the Superb range and so you get virtually every toy thrown in. Over the already generous specification of SE L Executive, you get a premium Canton hi-fi, ventilated front seats trimmed in perforated leather, electric front seats with memory, three-zone climate control, a heated windscreen, seat heating front and rear, ambient LED lighting, adaptive dampers, a rear-view camera, lane assist, park assist and a hands-free boot opener. Lots of kit, but it’s lots of money, too.

This is our favourite engine in the Superb. It’s particularly suitable for business users thanks to the low CO2 emissions. It can sound a bit gruff when you rev it hard but the combination of strong performance and low running costs compensate.
