The model
Read full Volkswagen T-Roc reviewIf you avoid the pricier trims and engines, the T-Roc is a fine buy. Not only is it refined and spacious, but it's also one of the most comfortable cars in the class.
The trim
See full equipmentThe second step on the T-Roc trim ladder is Style. It gets everything the entry-level version comes with but adds larger 17in alloy wheels, automatic headlights with adaptive high beam, a larger 10.25in digital driver display, upgraded seats and a larger 8.0in touchscreen infotainment system with added built-in sat-nav.
The engine
See full engine specsThe entry-level petrol engine offers sufficient power and is definitely worth considering if you want to keep costs down. The three-cylinder engine produces 109bhp and will sprint from 0-62mph in 10.8sec, which is perfectly respectable. Better still, it has plenty of low-down shove and doesn’t struggle when accelerating up to motorway speeds.
