The Volvo XC90’s updates have successfully addressed some issues. It’s quieter and more comfortable than before, while the infotainment system has more modern features. The BMW X7 is even more well rounded but also much more expensive, so at this price point the XC90 is still a great car. Our pick of the range is the B5 petrol in mid-range Plus trim, because the price remains reasonable and you get comfort-enhancing air suspension.
