Mazda 2 and 6 CO2 emissions cut

Mazda 6 diesel and Mazda 2 petrol models now cost less to run, thanks to cuts in CO2.
Emissions for the 163bhp and 180bhp versions of the 2.2-litre diesel Mazda 6 have been reduced from 142g/km to 140g/km, cutting yearly road tax from 130 to 115.
The 129bhp version, which includes the fleet-focused Business Line model, has had its CO2 trimmed by 5g/km to 133g/km cutting company car tax from 20% to 19%.
Manual versions of the 1.5-litre petrol Mazda 2 have had emissions cut from 135g/km to 132g/km; lowering company car tax from 17% to 16%.
Automatic versions of the 1.5 Mazda 2 have emissions reduced from 146g/km to 145g/km, while the 1.3-litre petrol version drops from 119g/km to 115g/km.
