The Porsche 911 is a thrilling sports car and one that's remarkably easy to live with. Most will be well served by the entry-level Carrera, but stepping up to the Carrera T is well worth the extra – especially if you’re enticed by the prospect of a manual gearbox.

The entry-level 911 comes with LED headlights, climate control, a digital instrument cluster, sports seats, cruise control and front and rear parking sensors.

With 473bhp, the GTS aims to offer all the usable power you'd want in an everyday package that's also easier to live with than the flagship Turbo and GT3 models. This is also available with a manual and automatic gearbox, with a 4.1sec 0-62mph sprint time with the former, and a 3.4sec time for the latter. Top speed climbs to 193mph.
