Alpina has taken all the great attributes found on the standard BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé and made it immensely fast, usable and classy. Firm ride aside, there really isn't much to fault, and this could be a more practical alternative to the two-door M4.
The Gran Coupé is based on the BMW M440i xDrive, so it starts with a high specification, including LED headlights, three-zone climate control, cruise control, and heated front seats and steering wheel. Alpina then adds a subtle bodykit, sports suspension and logos dotted around the interior
The B4 Gran Coupé comes with one engine choice, a 3.0-litre six-cylinder turbocharged petrol unit producing 488bhp for 0-62mph in 3.7sec. Top speed is 187mph.
