In fact, the five-seat Duster is the cheapest new SUV you can buy, priced from just £9495. We give it a three-star rating, because while it's very spacious and practical, it's quite unrefined to drive and its interior feals cheap.
Those are elements Dacia is focusing on with the new Duster, which is due to go on sale in the summer.
It's the same size as the current model, but is actually more spacious, while the car's 1.6-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines will be updated.
The "modern and robust" exterior design is completely new, with new looks at the front and rear.
The interior is completely new as well, with a new dashboard design and infotainment touchscreen, plus, Dacia promises, more upmarket materials.
The Duster should also be able to improve on its three-star Euro NCAP safety rating, thanks to the addition of new driver aids.
If you're interested, come along and tell us what you think. At the event, you'll get a close-up look of the new Duster and a Q&A opportunity with the Dacia team, before being interviewed for our magazine and website.
