The model
Read full reviewSo far, we’ve only tried a late-stage prototype of the Nissan Ariya. It’s easy to drive and the interior quality is impressive but some rivals have longer ranges and can charge up more quickly. Ride comfort could be better too.
The trim
See full equipmentEvolve trim is available exclusively with the larger 87kWh battery. It comes with all the luxuries you get with the 63kWh Advance model, plus a panoramic sunroof, Bose sound system, ventilated front seats and the ability to charge at 22kW from a three-phase supply.
The engine
See full engine specsThe larger 87kWh battery is available with front or four-wheel drive. This is the front-wheel drive version and it looks to be nippy enough, with a 0-62mph time of 7.5 seconds.
