As with the regular Cayenne, the biggest strengths of the Porsche Cayenne Coupé are its handling and performance. And while we reckon the V8-engined S is the sweet spot in the range, we can see why you might be tempted to upgrade to the GTS.

The S has different alloy wheel designs to the entry-level Cayenne Coupé and there are minor styling differences, but it comes with the same basic kit, so the majority of changes are mechanical.

If you want a hybrid Cayenne Coupé, this would be our recommendation, because it's almost as rapid as the V8-engined Cayenne S Coupé, and can officially manage up to 48 miles on battery power alone. Just bear in mind that as with other hybrid Cayennes, agility, brake feel and boot space are compromised by its hybrid tech.
