The Audi A3 Cabriolet Sport Final Edition and S line Final Edition models are on sale now.

Audi has confirmed that production of the current A3 Cabriolet will stop in March 2013; Final Edition models replace the previous Sport and S line models, and add extra luxury equipment for a comparatively small premium.

For £700 more than the previous Sport models, A3 Cabriolet Sport Final Edition cars add:

• Automatic headlights and wipers
• Bluetooth
• Cruise control
• Heated front seats
• Leather upholstery
• Rear parking sensors

S line Final Edition models cost £1550 more than outgoing S line models, and add:

• 18-inch alloys
• Audi Media Interface
• Bose stereo
• DVD-based sat-nav
• Xenon headlamps

Both versions are available with the full range of A3 Cabriolet engines, so there's a choice of 1.2, 1.8 and 2.0-litre TFSI petrols, or 1.6 and 2.0 TDI diesels.

Standard A3 Cabriolet models remain on sale, with prices starting at £21,435.

1.6 TDI S line Final Edition - £27,660
2.0 TDI S line Final Edition - £29,465

An all-new Audi A3 Cabriolet is expected to be revealed later this year. Spy shots suggest the next model will retain the current car's cloth roof, and that it will be longer than the current car, with a saloon-style boot similar to the Audi A5 Cabriolet's.
