    My car

Purchased from Lexus Edinburgh '54' plate . Service was second to none, unlike Audi where I was treated with contempt! Audi's are 10 a penny. This motor oozes quality!! A joy to drive and a head turner. Great level of equipment, only gripe no radio controls on steering wheel. oh aye, reversing beeper is an annoyance too. If you want a quality motor at a reasonable price buy one of these bad boys.

    My car

Do you remember the advert on TV where a guy gets woken up in the middle of the night and then has a long drive (in a Rover or something) and then arrives at his destination calm and relaxed enough to diffuse a bomb?

Well that advert was wasted on a Rover, it should have been a Lexus. My IS200 replaced a BMW and the two cars just do not compare. I love every minute that I spend in the IS and I am fairly critical when it comes to expensive things like cars.

BMW dealers seem to think the customer should feel privileged that they are even allowed to have any dealings with them. I have found Lexus dealers to be fantastic and make you, the customer, feel a bit special.

My car is on a 99V plate and I have only had one problem which was a broken CD player. Luckily for me Lexus had extended the warranty on the CD player to 5 years and so that saved me £1800 on a replacement. How many other manufacturers would have done that?

Message for Mr Hole - Jags, BMWs and Audi's feel like they have rolled off a production line. My Lexus feels like it has been made especially for me. And I think most people would agree that driving a Lexus sounds much more impressive than driving a BMW etc like everyone else does. Maybe the JD Power survey has been getting it wrong all these years.

    My car

This car is awesome to look at and drive. The only thing I don't like is the vacum left in the braking system when the engine is switched off is only enough for two brake pedal pumps

    My car

A great car great drive, with loads of standard kit that would add thousands to a BMW or a Merc. It's a bit heavy on fuel but I enjoy every moment in it.
