What should I look for in a used Honda Jazz hatchback?
The Jazz is mostly used as an urban car, so check for bodywork scuffs and kerb damage on the alloy wheels. Check the seats all slide and fold as they should.
Reported problems with the Jazz are remarkably few. The car has built up a solid reputation as one of the most reliable on the market, and nearly all of Honda’s cars share this accolade in their respective classes.
Honda dealers get excellent reports in all our customer satisfaction surveys, and Honda as a brand is consistently at or near the top of most reliability surveys. In our most recent one, the firm ranked a rather disappointing 15th out of 32 manufacturers, and the Jazz came high up in the small cars category, even if it didn't actully top it as it has in previous years.
From new, the Jazz comes with a three-year, 90,000-mile warranty.
