Passenger & boot space

How it copes with people and clutter

Are you tall and convinced you won’t fit in a supercar? Well, you needn’t concern yourself; someone well north of six-feet tall will find enough head and leg room in the NSX. It’s strictly a two-seat car though, so unlike a Porsche 911 Turbo S there’s no room to squeeze a couple of young kids in the back.

In fact, beyond you and your passenger there’s not much room for anything. There’s a small glovebox, but no door bins or trays to hold a mobile phone or shove loose change.

Popping the hatchback-style rear window gains you access to the boot. It’s wide and similar in overall volume to an R8’s or 911’s, but quite shallow, with a pronounced hump in the middle of the floor, so you’ll struggle to get even a travel case inside. Certainly those key rivals will allow you the luxury of a more extensive wardrobe on a weekend away.
