What should I look for in a used Mini COOPER hatchback?
When viewing a used car, always follow our used car buying checklist.
At the time of writing, there are no major areas of concern to look at with a used Mini Cooper Electric. However, we’d advise checking the infotainment system to make sure it’s working correctly, with no glitches or lag when you use it. Be sure to check the interior for any signs of wear and tear, too. Likewise with the exterior and wheels for scratches and scuffs.

On affected vehicles, a cell module may not have been manufactured to specification. In the worst case this may lead to a short circuit, which may result in a vehicle fire.
How the manufacturer will repair: On affected vehicles the defective cell module will be replaced. The affected vehicles must not have their batteries charged until rectified.
