The 2024 What Car? Car of the Year Awards will be held in association with MotorEasy.

The motoring association was also the headline sponsor for the 2022 and 2023 events, and partners with What Car? for its annual Reliability Survey.

The What Car? Car of the Year Awards has been held every year since 1978 and is one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the UK’s automotive calendar; in 2023, the Volkswagen ID Buzz (below) scooped the top prize.

What Car? editor Steve Huntingford said: “We are delighted that we will be continuing to work with MotorEasy, because like What Car? it’s a brand that’s dedicated to making motoring as hassle free as possible.

“Our Car of the Year Awards are the culmination of 12 months of testing, and set the highest standard for the automotive industry."

Duncan McClure Fisher, founder and CEO of MotorEasy, commented: “MotorEasy is delighted to be supporting the 2024 What Car? Car of the Year awards as headline sponsor. MotorEasy’s parent company, Intelligent Motoring, will also feature more prominently this time around, as its broader product portfolio is increasingly appropriate to the large audience that will be present at the event.
