Nissan has extended its customer promise, to include fixed-price servicing and a price promise.
Both elements were previously available in selected locations only, but are now offered across the country, with Nissan now extending its core pledges to six.
The newly announced price match will see Nissan offering to match like-for-like written quotes for work in an area within 10 miles of the dealer in question. It is also promising fixed-price servicing.
Nissan is also introducing a video assessment of its car, and what the garage has done with it, to provide a greater degree of transparency come servicing time.
The other promises include a courtesy car, roadside assistance, a two-day turnaround for providing a resolution to a problem and the opportunity to test drive any Nissan model when pre-booked online.
Other manufacturers also offer a similar level of customer service promises, with Renault's 4+ package promising roadside assistance alongside its usual warranty.
