There are around 27 million cars on the road in the UK, and more than two million used cars change hands each year.
New cars are gaining ever-more complex pieces of safety and infotainment technology, from automatic emergency braking to online concierge services that can check where you are going and book you a parking space for when you arrive.
The level of complexity in modern cars means there are more things than ever to go wrong, though. That’s why we’ve launched the What Car? Reliability Survey. Our aim is to gather information about the dependability of as many car models as possible and share this with you to help you make the most informed buying choices.
As well as faults, we want to hear about the quality and cost of repair work on your cars, so we can tell you who will offer the best – and worst - service.
We value the information you give us, so everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a £1000 Amazon voucher.
