The model
Read full Toyota C-HR reviewThe Toyota C-HR is comfortable, easy to drive, super-frugal and should prove very reliable. If you love the looks and space isn't a priority, it's unlikely to disappoint. We reckon the 1.8 Hybrid in Design trim represents the best value for money, while the highest trim levels and the plug-in hybrid version are more difficult to recommend.
The trim
See full equipmentThis sporty trim gets you big 20in alloy and stiffer suspension, plus a lot of standard luxury and safety kit. It's pricey, though.
The engine
See full engine specsThe 2.0 is noticeably punchier than the 1.8 and only slightly less frugal. We don't think it's worth the extra outlay, though.
