Max Adams worked at What Car? between 2017 and 2023, primarily on the used desk as used cars reporter writing used reviews and news stories, before progressing to become a new car reviewer.
Max has a degree in English from Leeds Trinity University and also attended the post-graduate Automotive Journalism course at Coventry University, where he gained valuable insights into online and magazine journalism.
In addition to his work on What Car?, Max wrote for both Autocar and PistonHeads in his used car role. He is now a freelance motoring writer.
