Mini has introduced two new Monochrome options for its Mini Cooper Electric and Mini Aceman models. Buyers can pick between either full black or full white spec, and each come with a host of new standard features.

Both models will receive larger wheels, with the Cooper E Monochrome getting 17in grey alloys, while the Aceman Monochrome gets bigger 18in grey alloys.

Inside, new yellow and white stitching features on the front and rear seats, and there’s a new black cloth fabric furnishing the dashboard. As standard, all Monochrome models will receive a head-up display (which is also featured on other higher-spec models of the Cooper E and Aceman), wireless phone charging and heated front seats, which are usually only available as options.

The Cooper E Monochrome is equipped with the same entry-level 36.6kWh (usable capacity) battery that’s available in the regular model, which is officially good for up to 189 miles on a single charge.

Similarly, the Aceman Monochrome comes with the entry-level 38.5kWh battery available in the regular model, and that slightly larger unit has an official range of 192 miles.

The Monochrome models are available to order now, with deliveries starting in January next year. Prices for the Mini Cooper Electric Monochrome start at £26,905, which is the equivalent of what you’d pay for a regular entry-level model. The same goes for the Mini Aceman Monochrome – prices start at £28,905.
