    My car

    The car gets loads of criticism from Clarkson but my 06 model is just great. Plenty of room drives well on tarmac, nicely finished. Consumption of mid 30s (2.0 Diesel) BMW gave me a good deal on an 56 model in Feb 07.

    My car

    I have had a 55 Reg 2.0d sport. 30 of 70 days owned, it has been in for numerous different repairs, broken down twice & towed to garage. New turbo fitted, doorseal, horn and door lock - backlog on parts. BMW Assistance organised a Micra or a Mondeo for me to use whilst in garage... Dealer only interested who will cover repair costs incl £10.50 per daily courtesy car insurance charge. Lovely to drive and hopefully I will get confidence back soon if it doesn`t let me down again. Any more problems then I`ll be seriously looking to get rid of it. Big tip - delete sports suspension it`s too hard! Incidentally I bought this car as 2 friends have them and they love theirs, had no problems at all - me I`d rip BMW`s hand off if they offered to give me back my part old CRV & money back, I only saw Honda garage for Service & MOT and I have never broke down in my life before!
