Mini reveals 50th birthday editions

Mini has just revealed three new limited editions at its massive birthday bash in Silverstone.

The first to be unveiled was the 50 Mayfair. It's available in Hot Chocolate, Midnight Black (both metallics) and Pepper White and gets toffee-coloured leather seats, 17-inch white alloys and plenty of 'Mayfair' logos as standard.

Second was the 50 Camden, which is available in White Silver, Midnight Black and Horizon Blue metallic. This edition also gets 17-inch alloys and comes with xenon headlights as standard.

Both cars will only be available for 12 months in Cooper, Cooper D and Cooper S guise. All get the popular Chili pack as standard. If you want one, Mini dealers will take your deposit right now deliveries start in August. (prices below)

Also announced at the event was a special edition of the range-topping John Cooper Works. It'll be called the John Cooper Works World Championship 50, and only 250 examples will be made all in Connaught Green with Jet Black alloys.

Each car will be stamped with a unique production number, and be packed full of standard kit including a Harman Kardon stereo, Bluetooth and sat-nav.

Prices and an on-sale date for this JCW model have yet to be released, but don't expect much change from 25k.
