Here’s the rub with the Polestar 5: it’s not as sweet to drive as the best performance cars, namely the BMW M3, Hyundai Ioniq 6 N and Porsche Taycan. However, if you’re willing to sacrifice some driver appeal, the pay off is a roomy interior, calm cruising manners and a good level of standard kit. We recommend sticking with the Dual Motor version to keep the price down.
