A sturdy mounting arm pops out of the dashboard when required, and below that is a slide-out tray for stashing your device when it’s not in use. The car comes with a (cheap-feeling) universal mounting frame that you slot your tablet into before attaching it to the mounting arm.

Citroen e-C4 long term

All credit to Citroën for thoughtfulness, but the benefits of this are lost on me. A lot of effort and money must have gone into creating something that probably won’t get used all that often – not by me, anyway, and not by any of my passengers so far.

Perhaps other C4 and e-C4 owners will prove me wrong and this style of tablet holder will catch on, but in a car that’s big on convenience features, I don't think this counts as one of the more useful ones.
