Deal of the Day: Lease a Hyundai Kona from £258 per month

A good small SUV offers plenty of space, a comfortable ride and low running costs – and the Hyundai Kona is one that does all of those things well, which is why you might be considering one as your next family car. And it’s worth taking into account how much you can save by leasing, especially with our new car deals.
Indeed, you could put a Kona on your driveway for as little as £258 a month. To do that, you’ll need to sign up for a 36-month contract with an annual mileage limit of 5000 miles, and an initial payment of £3087.84. The annual 5000 mile restriction isn’t a huge allowance, so you’ll have to be careful to avoid excess mileage charges.
If you regularly cover more miles, you could opt for a more common 36-month, 10,000-mile agreement with six months initial rental (£1906.38), which will cost £317.73 per month.

You can have your Kona with petrol or hybrid power, but if your lifestyle suits it, you can also opt for electric power – but you’d have to check out the Hyundai Kona Electric for that.
Our Deal of the Day comes fitted with a hybrid setup, combining a 1.6-litre petrol engine with an electric motor for a total output of 139bhp. If you’re gentle on the accelerator, the Kona can travel for short distances on electric power alone, which should help out a great deal with your fuel bills. That electrical assistance means the hybrid Kona benefits from an impressive official fuel economy of 60.1mpg.
There’s also a petrol option, which offers slightly less power with its 1.0-litre engine, but nonetheless it offers sufficient punch to get you up to motorway speeds.
It’s not difficult to get comfortable in the Kona. Not only are the hybrid versions pleasantly peaceful, thanks to the quiet nature of the electric motor, but the interior is also a nice place to be. Every version of the Kona comes with adjustable lumbar support on the driver’s seat, with higher trim levels offering electric adjustment.
The Kona’s infotainment system is a particular highlight. Every version comes equipped with a 12.3in infotainment touchscreen, complete with Bluetooth and a built-in sat-nav, as well as Android Auto and Apple Carplay smartphone mirroring.
Each Kona comes very generously equipped, too. Our Deal of the Day comes with mid-spec N Line trim, which offers sportier styling, 18in alloy wheels, heated front and rear seats and a powered tailgate, on top of the standard LED automatic headlights, electrically folding and heated wing mirrors, dual-zone climate control and cruise control.
