Deal of the Day: Lease a Jeep Avenger from £205 per month
The Jeep Avenger has stylish looks and a smart interior, and you could save a packet on one with our leasing deals...

If you’re attracted by the SUV trend that has taken over the car industry, but you want something compact with rugged looks, then the Jeep Avenger might be the car for you. It’s one of the most car-like Jeeps you can get, and it’s competitively priced – even more so when you take into account how much you can save with our leasing deals.
Indeed, you could put an Avenger on your driveway for as little as £205 a month. To do that, you’ll need to sign up for a 24-month contract with an annual mileage limit of 5000 miles, and an initial payment of £2454.96. The annual 5000 mile restriction isn’t a huge allowance, so you’ll have to be careful to avoid excess charges.
If you regularly cover more miles, you could opt for a more common 36-month, 10,000-mile agreement with six months initial rental (£1689.18), which will cost £281.53 per month.

The Avenger comes with the option of either petrol or mild hybrid power (or there’s also an electric version – but you’d have to check out the Jeep Avenger Electric for that).
Our Deal of the Day is equipped with the Avenger’s entry-level 99bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine, which might sound like it doesn’t have much oomph, but it has enough grunt for everyday driving and can whisk you up to motorway speeds efficiently.

There’s also the Avenger e-Hybrid, which adds a small electric motor to assist the 1.2-litre petrol engine, and bumps the power output up to 127bhp. Its 0.9kWh battery even allows it to cover short distances on electric power alone, but you’ll need a very light foot to get much out of it.
If you do a lot of driving around town, then you’ll find the Avenger feels right at home with its small dimensions and relatively tight turning circle. But for those who plan to do a bit of off-roading with their Avenger – especially given Jeep’s rich off-roading heritage – then you can opt for the four-wheel-drive 4xe version.
While the Avenger gets some funky outer looks, its interior is slightly more minimalistic, but it’s simple and the infotainment system is very user-friendly. Physical dials for climate controls are a particular highlight.
As a small SUV, the Avenger has a pleasant lofty driving position and impressive visibility of the road ahead. There’s also plenty of space in the front for even the tallest drivers and passengers to get comfortable.
The Avenger’s infotainment system comes complete with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone mirroring, which is great because you have to pay extra for a sat-nav.
