Mitsubishi's ASX revealed

This is the all-new Mitsubishi ASX crossover that will be unveiled at the Geneva motor show in March.

The ASX is the European-spec version of the Japanese RVR, which is scheduled to go on sale in Japan from February. The ASX will go on sale in Europe from late spring.

A five-seat compact crossover, the ASX follows Mitsubishi's recently introduced mid-size crossover, the Outlander.

All-new 1.8 diesel engine
The European-spec ASX will be fitted with an all-new 1.8-litre turbodiesel engine, which will include an engine stop-start system for increased efficiency.

Prices will be released closer to the on-sale date in the spring.
