New BMW 1 Series Coupe and Convertible

BMW has launched the face-lifted 1 Series Coupe and Convertible.

Revision to both cars include a new front bumper and redesigned foglights, headlamps and rear lights.

ES, SE and Sport versions all have what BMW call an Aero Curtain, a device that helps to channel airflow around the front of the car, reducing aerodynamic drag and increasing fuel economy.

As a result, CO2 emissions have been reduced across both model ranges.

All BMW versions come with 16-inch alloy wheels, Dynamic Stability Control and an MP3 socket.

Sport models get 17-inch star-spoke alloy wheels, a multi-function leather steering wheel and sports seats.

SE models get rear parking sensors and climate control.

All M Sport models get 17-inch light double-spoke style alloy wheels, door sill finishers with M designation, chrome front exterior trim, M Sport bodykit, M Sport suspension, sport seats and M Sport multi-function leather steering wheel.

The face-lifted models go on sale in March, with prices starting at 21,960 for the BMW 118d ES Coupe and 24,245 for the 118i ES Convertible.
