The Kuro Japanese for black comes in Sapphire Black metallic paint, while the Shiro Japanese for white is available in Pearl and Alabaster shades of white. Both cars have a bespoke badge on the tailgate.

Both also get an ivory-effect dashboard and pale trim, with additional standard kit including parking sensors, heated front seats and climate control. The Nissan Connect satellite-navigation system is a 400 option.

The new models are powered by a naturally aspirated or supercharged version of Nissan's 1.2-litre engine and are available with a manual or CVT automatic transmission.
