Peugeot 207 updated

Peugeot is updating its 207 supermini, with sales of revised models starting in August.

Fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions (C02) will be reduced in all 12 engines on offer, with more engines meeting the Euro 5 emissions standards.

advertisment

Improved aerodynamics and lowered rolling resistance will bring the CO2 emissions of some vehicles down to 99g/km, and manual-transmission models will get a gearchange indicator to advise the driver on the most efficient time to shift gear.

Styling changes include tweaks to the front end, aditional chrome trim and more painted exterior details, new tail-lights with LEDs for the hatchback and 207 CC, along with new interior upholstery and revised instrument panels.

New equipment includes an entertainment system with Bluetooth, a one-touch indicator for lane-changing and one-touch operation of the drivers electric window for the 207 CC.

The updates will be applied to the 207 hatchback, 207 SW and Outdoor mini-estates, and the 207 CC. More details on specification levels and pricing will be confirmed next month.
