Peugeot pitches its Tepee
* Partner Tepee to replace current Partner Combi MPV * Extra space and more flexible cabin promised * On sale in May...
Peugeot will update its MPV line-up with the new Partner Tepee, which goes on sale this May.
Like its predecessor, the Partner Combi MPV, the Partner Tepee is based on a small van. However, Peugeot promises the new car will be bigger, more practical and more highly specified than before.
Alongside the standard Tepee, Peugeot will also sell the Tepee Outdoor, with 4x4 styling.
In the cabin, two distinct rear-seat set-ups will be available. The first allows the rear seats to tip and fold forward to make more luggage space. With the second, they can be removed completely to make even more room.
It's likely that just one engine variant will be sold, a 1.6 HDi diesel.
Expect a slight price rise over the 12,062 of the current car.
