Promoted: All-New Renault Mégane puts focus on driving experience

There’s plenty of competition in the family car sector, so to ensure the All-New Renault Mégane stands out it has been designed with a focus on luxury, innovation and driving pleasure.

The revamped All-New Mégane features a bold new look, with a low, sporty stance. To emphasise the commitment to building a car with a strong driving dynamic, the launch line-up includes a Renault Sport-tuned Mégane GT, which comes with a 202bhp petrol engine and a dual-clutch automatic gearbox featuring steering-wheel mounted shift paddles.

The Mégane GT is also equipped with 4CONTROL four-wheel steering, developed by Renault Sport engineers to make the car easy to manoeuvre at slow speeds, while balanced and poised at high speeds.

The driving credentials of the Mégane are further enhanced by MULTI-SENSE technology, standard on the Dynamique S and above models, which adjusts systems including the engine response, air con and ambient lighting. There are four options on the All-New Mégane GT including Sport, which offers increased acceleration and weightier steering, and Perso mode, which allows drivers to customise each individual setting.

The MULTI-SENSE system is controlled via the Mégane’s 8.7-inch touchscreen, which is standard on the Dynamique Nav model and above. It serves as the hub for Renault’s R-LINK 2 multimedia system. The system allows access to a range of pre-installed apps including contacts and music, with more available to download.
