The new car is lighter, more efficient and comes with a new V6 diesel engine that promises to slash running costs. It costs from 71,295 and is available to order now.
The most noticeable aspect of the new car, however, is the step up in luxury. The Range Rover has always had a plush cabin, but the new interior takes opulence to another level. As a result, it will not only compete with fellow luxury SUVs such as the Audi Q7 and BMW X5, but also with limos like the Audi A8 and Mercedes S-Class.
