Seat launches Ibiza FR diesel

Seat has launched a diesel version of its Ibiza FR.
The hot hatch will be come in two bodystyles: a three-door SC version or a more practical five-door.
Sporty diesel engine
The FR's 141bhp turbodiesel engine propels it from 0-62mph in 8.2 seconds for the three-door, and a tenth of a second more in the five-door. Top speed is 130mph, or 129mph for the five-door model.
A six-speed manual gearbox is fitted as standard to the common-rail diesel engine.
Billed by Seat as 'fast yet frugal', the car's average fuel economy is 62.7mpg, while CO2 emissions of 119g/km will ensure cheaper bills for company drivers and exemption from road tax.
Equipment and prices
All new Ibiza FR diesels will include climate control, stability control and FR styling throughout.
The Ibiza FR is available now, from 16,465. Deliveries start in March.
