More power, less CO2
A more efficient 1.6-litre petrol engine uses variable valve timing and a modified cylinder head to help to cut CO2 emissions by approximately 10% over the engine it will replace.

Emissions from the new 2.0 DDiS diesel engine are slashed by 18% over the current engine, dropping it from 174g/km to 143g/km.

Styling changes
The 2010 SX4 has a number of updates to its exterior and interior styling. These include:

• New front bumper
• New front grille
• Redesigned front and rear skid plates
• New instrument cluster and information display
• New control panel for climate control system
