Dear What Car?,

I've recently moved to the suburbs with my wife and daughter, but I work in town. I'd like to lower my carbon footprint through my next car and am considering a hybrid. If need be, I could charge the car at a car park close to my office, but I'm also interested in regular hybrids that don't have to be plugged in. My budget is fairly small – about £23,000 – but I'm interested to see how much space I can get for my money.
